Product Questions

What are your dividers made from?

All of our dividers are made from high quality acrylic. This allows us to quickly cut and bend custom orders.

Are your dividers durable?

Acrylic is a very durable material if it is properly taken care of. It can be damaged if it is dropped on an edge or if harsh chemicals are used for cleaning purposes.

Are the edges sharp?

All of our dividers are laser-cut. During the cutting process the edge is melted which creates a smooth rounded edge. We also put a radius on all of the corners to ensure there are no sharp areas.

Can you make me a custom acrylic box?

Simply put, no. We do not offer any assembly or fabrication services (gluing, attaching fasteners, etc). We are happy to work with you on a design, however you will be responsible for assembling it yourself.

Billing Questions

What currency will I be billed in?

All orders will be billed in either Canadian funds (CAD) or US funds (USD). You can choose your desired currency from the drop down at the top of the page or the mobile menu.

Which payment methods are accepted in the Online Shop?

We currently only accept credit card payments (Visa and Mastercard).

How secure is your online shop? Is my data protected?

All data transmitted between your computer and our online shop is encrypted by SSL (Secure Socket Layer). When you make a payment via credit card your data is submitted straight to our credit card processor, at no time do we have access to this data. If you choose to save your credit card for future purchases this data is stored with our credit card processor in a PCI SAQ D certified data center.

Do I receive an invoice for my order?

All orders will receive an emailed PDF invoice.

I ordered the wrong product, can I return it?

Due to the high cost of shipping and most of our products being made to order we do not accept product returns at this time.

Shipping Questions

What are the delivery charges for orders from the Online Shop?

Delivery charges vary based on the products ordered and shipping destination. Once you have added all of the products to your cart and entered your shipping address you will be given several options to choose from.

How long will delivery take?

Quick Ship items are dispatched within 48 hours of placing your order (Monday to Friday). All other orders for standard dividers are fabricated within 5 business days.

Custom orders can take up to 2 weeks depending on the size and complexity of the job.

We offer a variety of shipping options based on how quickly you need the product.

Can I pick up my order?

We are a web based business and do not have a store front where you can pick up your orders.

Help, my order was damaged in Shipping!

Please contact us right away and we will fabricate and ship replacement products ASAP.

UPS is too expensive - What are my other options?

For customers placing large orders we offer the option of LTL freight. If you order meets the minimum requirements you will be given the “LTL Freight” option during checkout. Once you have placed your order we will contact you with a shipping quote and you will be billed separately for shipping after your order is processed.

What exactly happens after ordering?

Once your order has been placed it will be forwarded to our fulfillment team. Stock orders will be pulled from inventory and shipped with your chosen carrier within 48 hours (Monday to Friday). Non-stock orders will be sent to our production department for processing within 1 business day. Custom orders will be reviewed by our engineering team. For custom orders we may contact you to clarify specific details before commencing production.
